We are charting a new course of direction for the

Women’s Ministry this year.

The purpose of DayBreak is to bring together all women’s ministry regularly scheduled activities to one day, one time, one place.

The Phoebe Ministry, Priscilla Ministry, Daughters of Eve and Bible Study, along with special speakers, topics or features,

will all be done at a one day retreat, scheduled six times

during this next year.

DayBreak will take place on a designated Saturday

from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 3:00 p.m.

Lunch will be provided, as well as a “continental” breakfast.

The cost will be $5.00.

Occasionally additional costs might be incurred for the Priscilla Ministry activity or special feature.

You will need to register in advance.

A sign up sheet will be posted a month prior to each DayBreak,

or register by e-mail to

 berdetta@fbcstrongsville.org

Women of all ages—from the youngest to the oldest are encouraged to attend.

You may choose to attend the whole day or for a particular session.

“God is in the midst of her,

she shall not be moved;

God shall help her,

just at the break of dawn.”

Psalm 46:5

DayBreak is designed to encourage, exhort, educate and edify one another.

This is not another night out —

but simply another opportunity to be a part of what God is doing in building His church.

Bible Study

“Twelve Extraordinary Women”

Learn how God shaped women of the Bible and what He wants to do with you.

We will be studying the lives of Eve, Sarah, Rahab, Ruth, Hannah, Mary, Anna,

The Samaritan Woman, Martha and Mary, Mary Magdalene and Lydia.

Each month’s study will be led by a different woman.

A notebook will be provided for you with study pages, notes, and assignments.

Schedule for the Day

The schedule for the day will consist of a time for each ministry.

The time slots will vary.

The one activity that will remain the same will be the Bible Study.

As Psalm 46:5 states

 “God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved;

God shall help her, just at the break of dawn.”

It is our desire to begin our morning seeking God.

We want Him to be in the center of all that we do.
